10 Ways You Can Be More Productive During The Day

    1. Limit Slack and Email checks

    2. Start the day with breathing exercises and exercise

    3. Intermittent Fast - I eat twice per day at 11 AM and 5 PM. Skipping breakfast and not having snacks saves time.

    4. Use the Freedom app to block social media, news, and sports websites during the work day

    5. Use a task management app (I use Asana) to know exactly what tasks you will be working on today

    6. Ruthlessly eliminate unnecessary meetings or appointments from your calendar

    7. Get up early - I get up at 5 AM

    8. Have a nap after lunch - this splits my day into 2 halves and increases my productivity in the afternoon

    9. Use a walking treadmill desk for meetings - you get steps in while on the call

    10. Use your downtime (eating, cleaning, walking outside, etc) productively by listening to Podcasts or Audiobooks at the same time
