I love Scandinavia! I want to go back and do some kayaking and wild camping in Norway.

Do you have any must sees? I'm planning on Norway, Sweden and Finland but aside from what my Instagram algorithm feeds my of sweet lakeside pictures I don't know what i should be targeting.

I haven't explored enough to know where you should absolutely go, but I can tell you based on my experience! I'll expand the definition of "Scandinavia" to include Finland and Iceland.

Norway: The nature between Bergen and Oslo was stunning. I believe I was in the Hardanger region.
Traveling there from Kristiansand was also quite nice.

Sweden: Nature-wise, I don't know. I liked Stockholm and Gothenburg, although the latter wasn't particularly exceptional (I had a good time there and some of it was rather cute, but it was very quiet).

Finland: I traveled from Helsinki to Rovaniemi nine years ago, all I saw were trees. I'm sure there's cool stuff to see (apparently they have tons of lakes), but I didn't see much (admittedly, I was just hitchhiking and had to shorten my trip).

Denmark: I love the vibe. I was just in a small town for just an hour during a layover recently, and it was so peaceful. I loved sating in Aalborg for a few days back in 2019. I'm also not familiar with the nature there. Copenhagen was cool too.

Iceland: I love it there. I didn't do the "golden circle" (I think that's what it's called?) and only saw the West coast, but everything was so beautiful. Wild camping is super easy (I hear they're a bit stricter on that now though, better check). The Northwest has almost no people, it's great.
