1. Try recollecting people whom you celebrate the most, are they doers or thinkers
Tell yourself that there have been many thinkers but it is those who take action are those that will be remembered/ celebrated the most
2. Think of those good old days where you were just thinking and not acting
If you have been thinking too long and have not taken any action, try and recollect if it made you any better, if it didn't then there is no point in getting stuck in thinking
3. Thinking takes more energy than acting
Trust me, Chess players also exert energy because they are thinking so you might be better off taking action and saving some energy than expending more brain power for just thinking without any results
