    Punchline of the book: If you get one percent better each day for one year, you'll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you're done. ( 1.01^365 = 37.8)

I have been on and off with intermittent fasting... sometimes it is difficult to maintain it. How long have you been doing it?

I have been doing keto & intermittent fasting around 1 year. Usually it lasts 16-18 hours but sometimes 13 hours. When I am on vacation, I really cant stick to it=) Have you been doing intermittent fasting with keto diet or without keto? Its quite hard to do without keto to be honest.

I only do intermittent fasting without keto. May I ask why it is difficult without keto?
