4 Random thoughts...
1. Don't leave your job out of boredom (if you like it overall)
It's the first thing you will find in your next job. Success comes (often) from the ability to keep doing what you love even when you are going through a phase of boredom. Every plateau phase makes you grow.
2. We often hesitate to take the plunge.
For fear of losing what we have.
But what we have is rarely permanent.
The company will reorganize and your job will change or disappear.
The wave that you surf to boost your business will eventually fall.
The next time you come across an opportunity, don't pass it up just because you think what you have will last forever.
3. The advantage of a good habit, you make it without thinking.
The disadvantage, sometimes it does not make you improve anymore.
Learn to recognize this moment (stagnation) to add a notch of difficulty.
The discipline of the habit shouldn't make you forget its primary reason. Make a little progress every day toward the person you want to become.
4. We spend too much time thinking about "how to do it" and not enough time doing it.
What am I talking about?
Self-reflection.
Any system that allows you to review your actions regularly gives you a chance to adjust.
Don't wait until the end to realize you've been wrong.
Take a break to evaluate yourself and continue to progress.
