A new social media

Back to the MySpace days. You can add music, graphics, photos, videos ect. Hell show of NFTs for even more uniqueness. 

At the moment we're all pretty much the same unless you have the current flag icon or your pronouns it's hard to see what people like /dislike ect. Seeing videos /photos of things they love might will give far more opertunities to find something you have in common. 

Plus it educates people on coding. MySpace taught me html and photoshop in order to enhance photos. Now we've got non of that, rubbish. 

Ask daily questions. Users can then see what their friends answered and it gives people a reason to post /read even when their minds are blank. 

Eg. What would you like to do this week? What's your favourite food? If their was a zombie apocalypse how would you survive? 

Maybe you could pick a random question and view everyone's reply. 

This is a similar idea to my book The Rocco Effect -?. I've seen it work in book form I'm sure it would have a positive effect online as well. 

I like seeing photos, I'm sure you do too. But people don't like posting them unless they can one up their friends in amazingness. Why not encourage five photos of each day, no matter what you're doing? This serves as an online diary and reminds everyone that everyone isn't having an amazing life 24/7. It might lead to noticing patters of what makes a good /bad day. 

This could be private, but I want social media to be social so I'd encourage sharing. 

Have an option that highlights people who are free to hang out. I ask everyone and usally someone's happy to have someone to hang out with and something fun to do. If they where highlighted it would be easier to know who to ask. 

Or you could post a status that only these people see /get notified about. 

When out with friends you could get photo prompts. Making the night more fun and serves as good memories of the night. 

Eg. Find the coolest item. Find the person with the best joke. Photo bomb another person's photo. 

They can all be linked into one mega album of the night. 

The app can automatically send people you've not talked to in a long time a hello. How've you been? What's new with you? Message. Prompting you both too talk again. Since this is random you might end up talking to people you completely forgot about. 

It can be obvious it's the app asking. If noone answers you'll never know they where ever prompted. If they do, be polite and keep the convo going. 

Encourage socialising with stickers that appear on users profile.

Uploaded 50 photos of friends

Ect. 

Different sticker levels as well. Some can disappear after a week /month /year to encourage continual trying. 

Users can upload a short course on anything. They can change or just have it there for fun. This showcases people's education and helps others develop their own skills.
