After work wind-down

Alternatives to flopping onto the couch and watching TV or scrolling social media

    1. Go for a walk

    2. Eat vegetables

    3. Stretch/yoga

    4. Meditate

    5. Do laundry

    6. Go for a bike ride or trail run

    7. Lay on the hammock with some sparkling water

    8. Grounding

    9. Infrared sauna or red light therapy

    Never tried this but sounds like a good idea

    10. Massage

    Sounds good in theory, but I haven't tried it.
