Airport experience

Traveling today . So ideas to upgrade airport experience. Most of the ideas are meh but getting the reps in for today. :) and yeah LAX always gets everybody in the solving mood lol

1. Make all checkin curbside .

Why carry the luggage from drop off ? Increase space for more security gates. Reduce lines .

2. Text passengers instead of calling on PA system or display on screen in terminals

Already have the info. What happens for people who cant hear? or went into the restroom

3. Stop taking laptops out of thr bag .

Clearly its not hundred percent . and not consistent. And some airports dont need you to. so why keep doing it

4. By default add all new seats as reclinable at the terminal .

unlike other corporate building people could really use a confortable seat when flights get delayed / cancelled .
