At Home Workout

This is a list for myself as much as anyone else.

Stop finding excuses not to get in better shape. You do not need to go to the gym to get in a good workout.

    1. Stretch

    As long as you need.

    2. Jumping jacks

    3. Abs

    Recommend the 6-minute ab app.

    4. Wall sits

    1 min

    5. Burpee

    This is a full body exercise.

    - Full jump into a squat.

    - Full body push up.

    - Bring your knees back outside your arms to do another jump.

    Repeat the burpees for a set amount of time as quickly as possible.

    6. Pushups

    As many as you can.

    7. High knee kicks

    8. Squats

    1 min

    9. Tricep Bench Dips

    User a coffee table or chair.

    Use your triceps to lift your body weight.

    10. Repeat this routine 3-4 times.

    11. Don't forget that healthy diet.

    Bodies are made in the kitchen.
