Ba Duan Jin Qigong #1

How many different versions of the Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade) Qigong are there? I thought there would be one unique sequence, but today I restarted a practice with the sequence below, from the YouTube video by Judy Young at

I am going to try to compile a set of lists of what I think are different versions of the Ba Duan Jin. I remember each of these exercises, except for the last, which makes me think there are a number of different versions. Does anyone out there have any experience in this or anything to contribute? Thanks.

I am not sure what I could contribute, but I do remember my Grandma used to do it everyday!

This looks good! I am not familiar with this exercise but is it similar to Tai Chi?

I think it is similar to Tai Chi. From my very limited experience of having done both is that Qigong is a nice balance of breathwork and movement, as opposed to just movement.

I think there are lots of different versions of the Ba Duan Jin. I am working on my second one right now. They are all pretty similar. The sequence in this list is pretty good; I have been doing it for a few days now.
