3. Why-fasting
Similar to my Why-Coworkly do more Beeminder commitment this would be a 1x/week minimum do more commitmen where I write down a reason for why I fast.
Each week I write down a minimum of 1.0 reason into Beeminder.

the added advantage is that 10 years from now I will have 10 years of reasons for why I fast. Similar to why I created my Coworkly commitment. I have a risk for a binge- purge cycle, so remembering my why is oh so important.
4. Freshening
Keeping on top of my Todoist tasks and projects , Beeminder has suggested I create a "freshening " where every week or so I go through and digitally "touch" each task or project. Every touch ensures there are no duplicate tasks and that my task/project manager continues to serve me, instead of becoming an unusable tool.
