Best countries to incorporate a company (from memory)
1. Bulgaria
Probably not THE best, but likely one of the best if you want to open a company in the EU. 10% corporate tax. There is some bureaucracy involved though (speaking from experience), although nothing crazy.
2. New Zealand
Supposedly extremely easy and quick to open one. Not sure the taxes are that low though.
3. Canada
Supposedly pretty good as a non-resident, tax-wise.
4. UK
Similar appeal as Canada if you open an LLP (you need a partner) as a non-resident. Pass-through taxes, I think it's called.
5. Ireland
I think taxes are 10%? Not sure. And you need to hire a... can't remember, but you need to hire someone for something.
6. Singapore
7. Hong Kong
Although I heard they were making it harder because they have too many people incorporating companies there. Not sure how true this is.
8. US
Seems to still be a popular option to incorporate an LLC in the U.S.
9. Denmark
I can't remember what the appeal is, I think it's because it's just easy and I recently read that the government can even give financial help (but I'm not sure that applies to non-residents). Not sure about taxes.
10. Malta
I think taxes are something like 12%?
