Best ways to start the day
1. With exercise
I swim, bike, run, or go to the gym before doing anything and this makes me feel accomplished all day long.
2. By helping others
If I get my kids ready for school or drive my wife to work I feel like we all get off on the right foot and this sets us up for a positive day ahead
3. With breakfast
I enjoy no food more than breakfast, especially if after exercise. It is a sort of reward that prepares me to work and be fueled for hours.
4. With coffee
Whether part of breakfast or not, this one is probably understood by most
