This will bring in monthly rental income.

To keep the rental occupied. And the management comanpy takes their management fee. The company could also manage other peoples properties.

3. Create a landscape company

The keep the home lawns mowed. Fee paid to the business.

4. Create a maid service

To keep the houses clean. Fee paid to business

5. Create An Accounting Firm

The proceeds go to the business.

6. Expand To Commercial Buildings

Purchase/build commercials properties. Use the services to manage the business.

7. Start in one city expand to other large cities

Repeat the model in other large cities. Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville
