Burning Down the House of Ego. (1 min 25 sec)

Anything invented by thought is not sacred because it stems from the ego's thought system, which is illusory.

We have invented the world we see through our ego-based thinking. This invented world is filled with separation, struggle, and lack - all constructs of the ego mind that block our awareness of our oneness with God.

What is truly sacred and real is beyond perception and cannot be invented or manipulated by thought. Only that which is eternal and unchanging - namely God and our true Self as God's creation - is real and sacred.

Our ego-based thought system, which gives rise to the physical world and our perception of it, is a defense against the truth of our oneness with God. By inventing a world of separation through thought, we block our awareness of our divine nature.

However, we are not victims of the world we see, but rather its inventors. By realizing that we have invented the world we see, we can begin to undo our ego-based perceptions. We open ourselves to the Holy Spirit's guidance which leads us back to the awareness of our true sacred nature beyond thought.
