Chapter 12: Find the Conspiracy Number (or How to Know if an Idea Is Good or Bad)

It is generally true that the greater the risk a person takes, the greater the reward he or she will receive if the endeavor makes money. The Conspiracy Number methodology is a quick and painless way to help you decide what adventure you should sign up for.

    1. Go for breadth instead of depth. Action Step: Go wide at first until you find the lowest conspiracy number. Once you decimate all the other choices - Go Deep.

    2. Experiment - little to no downside - a lot of potential upside. Action Step: Select a low-risk/high reward option. Worst case scenario: You learn a lot of new stuff!!

    3. The Conspiracy number methodology for deciding whether an idea is good or bad. Action Step: How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop? I don't know but choose the lowest number.
