Check-In
I just clicked here for the first time in well over a year: the spam has been addressed!
1. List-keeping on my own did not last
I had a streak for over 2 years and soon after the spam overrun I gave up.
2. I did periodic "todo" list
3. going without the 10 ideas lists caused me to "drift" more mentally
I sometimes "don't know what to do." This will usually only last for a few minutes or hours, but writing lists was a good grounding point in my day.
4. I am starting a new streak today
5. I kept some habits that I developed in parallel with NotePD
gratitude journaling, reading 100 books a year, and daily exercise.
