No Climate Controls

This idea fixes the problem of having separate AC/Heating units in your apartment with no central thermostat to control them all simultaneously.

    1. Bluetooth Climate Control

    If you live in an apartment that doesn’t have central climate control, and you have a separate AC/Heating unit in each room… the problem of having to adjust the temp in the entire apartment by walking from unit to unit can be eliminated by having a Bluetooth central brain (with repeaters as needed to cover distance) that connects to modules on each unit. This tech has a smartphone app. The units each have unique names so you know which room’s temp you’re looking at - and you can elect to change the temp on each unit all at once, or if you have the door closed in a certain room, you can adjust the temp on particular units individual of the others all from your smart phone or the central brain/thermostat itself.
