Not everyone is given a lot at birth but ANYONE can create more of it with simple habits.

    1. DOPAMINE OPTIMIZATION

    To optimize and boost dopamine make these a part of your routine:

    - Set meaningful goals

    - Celebrate daily progress

    - Raise the bar a bit higher daily

    2. SEROTONIN OPTIMIZATION

    (aka your social status and feeling well-positioned in life)

    To optimize and boost serotonin make these a part of your routine:

    - Teach (to boost leadership feeling)

    - Notice what you do well (not just where you fail)

    - Acknowledge what you can’t control (feeling satisfied with what is)

    3. OXYTOCIN OPTIMIZATION

    (aka I’m socially connected and accepted)

    - Help someone to get them express gratitude

    - Hug people you care about

    - Get a massage

    When you do this daily your confidence levels will rise whether you are naturally confident or not so much.
