Daily Habits I’m Doing in January
1. Wake up early and do one of these habits
Because it's easy for me to wake up early, but I had a bad habit of checking my phone first and doom scroll.
2. 30 Minutes of Exercise
Usually this is quite easy for me to achieve, but this month I'm traveling to places where being sedentary is the norm, so I need to step up my game.
3. Write 10 Ideas on NotePD
I missed my streak last month, and now I want to restart.
4. Read a book
Even it's only 10 minutes daily
5. Journal on the travel experience
Or observations on what had happened on the day.
6. Learn a language
