Different Drinks In My Day

There's usually not a day where I don't get a good amount of fluids. Here's what I drink...

    1. Coffee

    The elixir of the gods. Now adding creatine (at my son's recommendation) in the first cup.

    2. Green Tea Mix

    4C brand.

    3. Seltzer

    Flavored usually.

    4. Green Tea Mix & Seltzer

    Gives a bit of a flavor difference.

    5. Green Tea Mix & Seltzer with ACV

    I add apple cider vinegar (when I remember) once a day.

    6. Nitric Oxide Supplement Powder

    Another thing I'm trying. Too early to tell if it helps, but will give it a total of 60 days to see if I feel a real difference.

    7. Zevia

    A stevia sweetened soda. Don't drink it often, but it keeps me from drinking the commercial brands.

    8. Olipop

    Tried this on my son's recommendation. PRetty good, natural sweeteners, probiotics, botanicals, and plant fiber. Will probably replace the Zevia on the "once in a while" list.

    9. Water with electrolytes

    Now that football has started, I do need to account for replacing electrolytes especially early in the season. Using a powder in my water for this.

    10. Water

    Yes, I do drink just plain water. Not always my favorite, but when taking supplements and when I wake up.
