Do Schools Kill Creativity ? 10 IDEAs to transform the education system from uniformity to personalized education

I don't want this to come off as an attack. I feel the same way. Schools do kill creativity and I am the first step in the ladder. This is why and some changes that could make it different from my own experience as a preschool teacher.

    1. Teeny Tiny Classroom Sizes

Schools always say that they can work with each child individually. We can't. It doesn't happen. I have a relatively small classroom of 14 and I am telling you. Nope. Get them into a class size of 5 and then we can start working on the personalized education.

    2. Pay teachers like you would pay a tutor.. Per student

You want me to specialize and explore your child's creativity. Pay me 20-50$ an hour for 8 hours a day per student. 20 students. I'd be making $1000 an hour! I can't even do the math on that per year. Pay me like you mean it and I will have so much fun exploring your amazing child.

    3. Or maybe just stop sending kids to school sick

When a kid comes to school sick.. Guess who gets sick next.. The teacher! How well do you present, problem solve and engage with people while you're sick?
