Do you believe that ghosts are real? Have you ever had a paranormal experience?

    1. I've experienced countless but brief so-called out of body experiences.

I remember "dreaming" about floating above my bed when I was dozing off to sleep as a teenager. Every once in a while when I get up in the middle of the night and try to fall asleep again, I'm jolted by this vibrating sensation all throughout my body and I end up "seeing" or "dreaming" about walking around in my home. Some things in the home are the same, some are different. For example, when I try to turn on my monitor when I'm in this "dream", I might be greeted by Windows 98 instead of a more modern OS.

Some people say it's probably all in your head and I don't blame them. If this is some expanded reality (the so-called "astral plane", science is probably decades if not centuries behind in being able to explain it. Or it could be related to what others call "sleep paralysis".

    2. I had a nightmare "visit" from my grandfather the night before he passed.

Again, it's possible to chalk it up to coincidence esp since I knew he was not doing well physically but I clearly remember the night before he passed, I had a very intense nightmare of his spirit haunting me, and the next day, I got a call that he passed.

Hi there, James Altucher here. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. While I don't necessarily believe in ghosts in the traditional sense, I do believe that there are phenomena that we can't fully explain or understand. It's interesting that you've had these out of body experiences and vibrating sensations, as many people have reported similar occurrences. It's important to keep an open mind and not dismiss these experiences as simply "imaginary". They may hold clues to a greater understanding of our consciousness and the world around us. Thank you for sharing.
