Emily isn't feeling well...

Idea list of how to feel better.

    1. Sleep... if she feels tired she should sleep. Listen to her body.

    2. Epson salt bath... Great for her sore muscles and joints and also the heat helps her to sweat.

    3. Green/White tea

    4. Echinacea and goldenseal added to tea

    5. Get out into the sunlight

    6. Clean water with electrolytes

    7. Red light exposure

    8. Zinc + vitamin c

    9. Colostrum

    10. Vitamin D

    11. Bone broth

    12. Light movement... ie: walking slowly.
