Ideas Post

Every Great Idea Starts With A Nap

I asked myself these questions:

  • Am I willing to undue ideas that are not serving me and replace them with better ones?
  • Am I willing to practice the better ideas as often as possible throughout the day?
  • I understand for the ideas to work I must practice, accept, and apply them. Every day.

I took a nap and here are the ideas that were born.

Each idea stands on its own meaning if I only practice one idea I can forget the rest.

Each idea (if I learned it sufficiently)has the power to release not only myself but the entire world itself from all bondage and invite love to enter again.

Each idea contains the whole. The microcosm is in the macrocosm.

THERE CAN NOT BE ANY EXCEPTIONS MADE WHEN APPLYING THE IDEA(S) FOR THE IDEA(S) TO WORK. THE IDEA(S) HAS TO APPLY TO EVERYTHING. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Each of us has a function that transcends the normal business of the world.

I must let go of everything that clutters my mind and makes it deaf to reason, sanity, and truth.

I must let go of all the ego goals, the story of "me", "what do I have to do to get my way?" and all of the things I chase in the world presupposing that it will make me happy.

My quiet time is surrendered to my inner teacher who instructs in quiet, speaks only of peace, and gives my thoughts all the meaning they have.

    1. Do not permit one simple idol thought go unchallenged.

    Examples of idol thoughts:

    Thoughts of lack.

Thoughts about whose doing what to whom?

Any thought that comes up in the mind that is not loving must be challenged.

When I have such thoughts I must remind myself this is not what I want nor is this what the people want.

I must replace the unwanted thoughts with better ones that serve me as well as my brothers and sisters.

This thought I do not want and I choose instead "I'm not a body, I am free. I am still as God created me to be."

    2. Let him(my intuition) teach me what to say, what to do, and what to think. Each time I turn to him he will not fail to provide me with the comfort I seek.

Does the action I'm about to make feel good? Does the thing I'm about to say give me a sense of relief?

If "yes", then say it or do it. If 'no" replace it with a more loving idea and proceed forward.

I'm not a body, I am free. I am still as God created me."

    3. Offer love to everything and everyone I meet.

Love has been given to me freely and in abundance. I want to reciprocate that to the world.

"I'm not a body, I am free. I am still as God created me"

    4. I trust you who are one with me. I must remember this statement every time I have a selfish or upsetting thought about myself or my brother.

I'm not trusting your ego, I'm trusting in the very living presence that you are.

Everyone is my brother. We're all perfect oneness, the same as God created us to be.

Nothing can split oneness into pieces. There is not any higher power than me. My liberation can only arise through my own conscious awareness.

I am the experience of being itself and I'm aware of being me. I am this experience of my own loving self.

"I'm not a body, I am free. I am spirit and I am still as God created me"
