Exercises I Like Doing
I loved cardio. As a 9x Ironman finisher, I seriously loved cardio. I still do, but I've learn the benefits of doing less cardio and gaining strength in the last year. Truth be told though I walk way more than I run anymore. Partly due to training dogs. I walk them. For miles and miles. I'm finding it's as beneficial if not more than all the running I did. I never weight trained until now. Losing muscle mass with age was a big 👀 opener. I got myself in the gym and feeling that strength over massive cardio is a more fit place to be.
Stay strong. Physically and mentally.
