We scare ourselves. We are our own boogeyman. The thing that keeps us up at night? It's us.

Fear isn't real. It's an illusion. We create it. We let it control us. But it doesn't have to.

Fear comes from the ego. The ego thrives on fear. It tells us we're separate. Alone. Vulnerable. But that's a lie.

We are not our ego. We are spirit. We are love. Fear is just a call for help. A cry from the ego. When we recognize this, we can choose again. We can choose love.

When we believe in fear, we give it power. We make it real. But it's not. It's just a thought. A mistaken belief. We can let it go.

Every fearful thought is a chance to choose again. To choose peace. To choose love. We don't have to be our own boogeyman. We can be our own savior.

Fear keeps us stuck. Love sets us free. Which will you choose?
