    4. Binge Eating

    5. All the Halloween Candy that keeps finding its way into my home

    As soon as I get rid of it, someone shows up with more.

    6. The sugar, cheese, and junk food I've been eating.

    7. The gloom hanging over me in the mornings, making me not want to get up and start the day.

    8. The clutter throughout my house

    9. Self doubt about feeling left out and uninvited to walks and runs

    10. Procrastination I have been doing in regards to my writing
