1. Because I wake up without pain
2. Because I can move without pain
4. Because I can pick up my cats, bags and boxes without help
5. Because I am still flexible enough to squat, get down and get up without pain
6. Because I can reach up and get stuff from top shelves
7. Because I can dance without getting out of breath
8. Because I am only slightly overweight
9. Because I can still fit in my clothes from 20 years ago.
10. Because I can walk for several miles without feeling exhausted
