Is it not strange you do not pause to ask, as you elaborate your plans and make your armor thicker and your locks more tight, what you defend, and how, and against what? (ACIM, W-135.3:5)
The only way to not have goals is to be guided by Source.
2. A joyful perception is always available regardless of what appears to be happening in the world.
3. History wouldn't repeat itself if weren't still making the same mistakes in the present.
What is in my mind that is so attractive about the past that I keep dredging it up?
4. We use special love relationships to try and fill the void of being alone.
We try to bait someone to join us in our sad story.
5. The world is one way and we wish it was another way.
We resist "what is."
We are under the mistaken belief that we know what's best for us.
Preferences are judgments.

Whose help are you ignoring?
7. When we have a shift in our perception, the entire world shifts with us.
The biggest difference between us and Phil is that we can "ignore" that we're living the same day over but it was impossible for Phil to do so.
Just because you sweep it under the rug doesn't mean it's gone.
There's a Phil inside all of us waiting to wake up from the dream.
When the man puts himself together, his whole world comes together too.
