Write a 10-idea list. Although the timing changes I want to stick to writing the idealists in the morning.
6. A healthy breakfast
Rich in protein.
7. Focused work
A 3h on the most important tasks.
8. Break task or projects into chunks that you can start and FINISH
Small gains are key. many a time, I would read an email that needs a reply and will keep it open. I learned to push myself to finish the tasks I started.
9. Review first half of the day
Think of your day as two days.
10. A Walk & Think time
