    1. I start the night before with a review of what is scheduled for the following day.

    What meetings, what do I need to prep for? Do I have a Focus session planned to prep for those meetings? Or do I need to prep today.

    2. I write down the timeline and note when I need to log in

    3. I work out that evening

    4. I put water at my bedside so I can drink when I wake up

    5. I drink Athletic Greens

    6. I make coffee

    7. I eat breakfast

    Least healthy thing - I tend to eat banana or blueberry muffins that I made the weekend before.

    8. On Friday - I prep for Monday the same, with an eye towards what needs to be done the following week and what is coming up for the next milestone.
