How I Used the Same Productivity App for an Entire Year!

When I signed up to an app called Twos on 23/02/2022, I thought it was yet another to do list app like the many hundreds of apps, (well, it seems like that many!), that I’d used over the years.

In the first couple of months, it took a while to really make the app work for me. But then I realised that Twos was a horse of a very different colour!

My favourite word to describe Twos is quirky. A quirky app for quirky people. That’s possibly why it suits me so well. It’s the highest compliment I can pay.

I experimented with the way I organise Twos, until I settled on a series of lists — Personal, Projects, Work, House + Garden etc. Below these top level lists sit countless sublists.

Sometimes I work by project, sometimes by list, sometimes by Today (the daily screen where you can see today’s activities). I can tailor make an app experience just for me.

The best thing about Twos? The community.
