    7. I repeat it MANY times.

    8. Nobody hurts me but me.

    9. You don’t have to hurt me, if you could, you’re already too busy hurting yourself.

    10. But I can elect to change all thoughts that hurt and I’m not alone.

    11. It’s our thoughts that are hurting us, nothing else.

    12. If you won’t accept this fundamental Truth, you’ll unnecessarily suffer.

    13. I can elect to change my mind.

    I can elect to change my mind about my kids.

    I can elect to change my mind about my kids.

    I can elect to change my mind about my kids.

    I can elect to change my thoughts about my kids.

    I can elect to change my thoughts about my kids.

    I can elect to change my thoughts about my kids.

    15. Repetition is a guiding rhythm within that gradually unravels the ego's grip.

    17. Any suffering of any kind is nothing but a dream 😴 ~ & not of God.

    18. You’re going through all of your suffering because of the way you feel about yourself. Accepting the truth is quite liberating.

    19. It’s time to have a different conversation with yourself, “I can elect to change all thoughts that hurt.”

    20. There’s nothing to figure out. Repeat this truth over and over again, “I can elect to change all thoughts that hurt.”

    21. More repetitions and next to be accepted as partly true, with many reservations.
