How to do more of what you love?
Our schedules are filling up fast
It's relatively easy to say "YES" to a project that's right around the corner. But the closer the date gets, the more we realize we have more important priorities to deal with.
I recently heard Rich Litvin suggest this exercise.
- -Take a sheet of paper
- -Divide it in 3
- -Hell Yes
- -Hell No
- -Maybe
- -Take all your current and future projects, and classify them into these 3 categories.
1. "Hell Yes. Hell No. Maybe."
2. What jumps out at you?
3. What can you cancel, delegate, automate, outsource...
4. Auditing your agenda regularly allows you to stay more often in your “Zone of genius”.
A concept developed by Gay Hendricks in The Big Leap (an excellent book)
A space where you bring more value and feel better.
