No more visas given to people based on family members.
Give visas to the smartest, most entrepreneurial, most talented people in the world.
Get rid of the lottery for people from countries that don't have family relationships with U.S. citizens.
Build a wall and make it clear that if you are illegal then you will be sent back home and not allowed to return for at least ten years (and only if you meet the criteria above).
Provide other legal ways to immigrate here based on merit or other criteria (like investing $1 million in American businesses or creating jobs). This would reduce illegal immigration and also increase investment in America and job creation here.
