How to focus on your own happiness

It is important for your longevity.

    1. Learn how to quiet your inner critic

    Stopping being so self critical.

    Or create a business or something you can give to other people that will enhance their life.

    3. Create a gratitude list of things you have that are good in your life

    There are so many good things in your life keep those in mind.

    4. Connect with friends

    Just be there as a friend. Don't try and get anything out of the other people.

    5. Be creative

    Have an avenue for artistic expression which you enjoy.

    6. Exercise

    Sweat or go for a walk. Helps in a variety of ways.

    7. Plan ahead

    Creating fun future plans will give you more security.

    8. Meditate

    Try in just sit in silence.

    9. Get good sleep

    It will refresh you.

    10. Live music/performance

    Seeing a live music or artistic performance is really fun and will allow you to connect with other people.

    11. Vacation

    Take a break and go visit a different geographic location.
