how to get experiences job,friends,fit body after bad effects of bipolar

    1. No more 9-5

    I was a corporate slave for 20 years. I never got to work on my projects or ideas. Now I work when I want and sometimes not at all.

    2. Learn something new every day

    It's hard to do this but it keeps the brain in shape.

    3. Sleep!

    Get eight hours of sleep every night.

    4. Exercise!

    Do some form of exercise each day. It doesn't have to be much but keep the body moving so it doesn't go into atrophy mode.

    5. Diet!

    Eat well, no sugar, no processed food, etc. It's hard because our society is set up to make us unhealthy but you have to fight back and do what's best for your body and brain.

    6. Emotional hygiene! (for me) (this is hard) (but I'm working on it)

    I'm a bit of a mess right now in terms of emotional health. It's been a rough year and I've made some bad decisions in relationships that are still affecting me emotionally even though they are over. This is the hardest part for me personally but I'm trying to get better at it every day so I can stay healthy mentally and physically as long as possible.
