How to get in shape
1. Find a physical activity you actually like
Consistency is key to almost everything in life. You can have the best exercise plan in the world, but if you hate going to the gym, there is no way you will follow through. Better to pick a type of movement you actually enjoy doing, and do it on a regular basis.
2. Use smaller plates
Your parents probably told you to empty your plate. So, instead of trying to suppress your subconscious and leave food on it, just use smaller plates and trick it!
3. Beware of salad dressings
Salad and vegetables are healthy. But unfortunately most of the ready-made dressings are loaded with calories. Better just to stick with a little bit of oil and vinegar.
