How to get through a sick day

I've got some work to do and don't have much energy.

    1. Sleep in

    2. Get a little sun

    3. Don't eat much

    Not hungry, but not sure if you should eat when a bit down.

    4. Drink tea or water with lemon and honey

    5. Use pomodoro timer

    I'm going to knock out a few things and then take long breaks...

    6. If hungry later, eat light

    Maybe a few eggs or nuts. Or something that won't upset my stomach.

    7. Have low expectations

    My brain is a bit cloudy.

    8. Try and exercise some?

    Yesterday, I shot a few basketballs, then was toast. So maybe this isn't smart?

    9. Stretch

    My joints were sore yesterday. Feel better today.

    10. Go to bed early

    We'll see about this one. Luckily, I can sleep in again tomorrow.
