How to Have Vision of Kindness and Generosity in Your Mind
One phrase that stuck with me this morning as I was meditating using headspace:
"If we don't have visions of kindness and generosity in our minds, it is difficult to share these things with others."
1. Define Kindness
Just like we define success, we need to understand what kindness is.
2. Cultivate gratitude
Be aware of what you have
3. Understand that life give to the giver
4. Show appreciation
Take the time to acknowledge others' efforts and thank them for their contributions. This can help build positive relationships and encourage others to continue to be kind and generous.
5. Practice empathy
Try to put yourself in others' shoes and imagine their perspective. This can help you understand their needs and how you can support them.
6. Generosity means wish for others what you wish for your self or better
7. Generosity means having abundance mindset
8. Be impeccable with words
Understand that words have power. Used without consideration can hurt others.
9. Decide too be in good mood

10. Be patient
This can help you maintain a calm and kind demeanor, even in challenging circumstances.
11. Be open-minded
This can help you understand others better and foster a more inclusive and accepting environment.
