How to lose a few pounds by Friday
I can't go running but I want my cute jeans to fit really nicely.
1. Raw Diet
Only eat raw foods.
2. Intermittent Fasting
Only eat between the hours of 11-6
3. Drink lots of water

4. Ab Exercises
Do the Ab workouts
5. Go on long walks
burn the calories walking
6. No Snacking
Don't snack at school.
7. Cut out all salty foods
no bloat
8. No energy drinks
cut out a lot of caffeine. Not enough to cause headaches
9. Laugh a lot
Laughing burns calories
10. Don't stress yourself out
