I can't go running but I want my cute jeans to fit really nicely.
1. Raw Diet
Only eat raw foods.2. Intermittent Fasting
Only eat between the hours of 11-63. Drink lots of water
fill up on water4. Ab Exercises
Do the Ab workouts5. Go on long walks
burn the calories walking6. No Snacking
Don't snack at school.7. Cut out all salty foods
no bloat8. No energy drinks
cut out a lot of caffeine. Not enough to cause headaches9. Laugh a lot
Laughing burns calories10. Don't stress yourself out
