How to lose a few pounds by Friday

I can't go running but I want my cute jeans to fit really nicely.

    1. Raw Diet

    Only eat raw foods.

    2. Intermittent Fasting

    Only eat between the hours of 11-6

    3. Drink lots of water

    0
    fill up on water

    4. Ab Exercises

    0
    Do the Ab workouts

    5. Go on long walks

    0
    burn the calories walking

    6. No Snacking

    0
    Don't snack at school.

    7. Cut out all salty foods

    0
    no bloat

    8. No energy drinks

    0
    cut out a lot of caffeine. Not enough to cause headaches

    9. Laugh a lot

    0
    Laughing burns calories

    10. Don't stress yourself out

    0
    Let things flow this week

I had a friend who stopped carbs for about a week. He liked the feeling he had and kept going and he very very quickly lost about 50 lbs.

Looking at what I had planned for this week it's like 50% carbs. I just cooked a few hard boiled eggs to replace. Thanks!

I have been trying to practice intermittent fasting. I tried 13 and 16 hours. The 13 hours is more doable than the 16 hours. How about you?
