How to make yourself happy

    1. Meditate

    Try to connect with and quiet your internal monologue. 

    2. Nothing is personal

    Don't take anything someone else says personally. People are allowed to say and think anything. It is not really about you that is about them. 

    3. Physical

    Get to the gym or go for a walk/jog outside. You will feel better after you workout. 

    4. Progress

    Make progress on something you are dedicated to. 

    5. Give back

    Give you time, money and energy to someone less fortunate than you. It will help you appreciate what you do have. 

    6. Travel

    This one can be expensive, but it makes me happy to see different things and experience different cultures.
