How to recover, when sore

Finally got a legit workout in yesterday. Now I'm tired and sore!

    1. Stretch

    2. Drink water

    3. Foam roll

    4. Eat healthy

    Protein.

    5. Nap

    I need one. Got up before 5am...

    6. Walk

    Get rid of some lactic acid.

    7. Or jog

    Maybe I'll play some basketball instead.

    8. Massage

    Have a handheld massager that works pretty well.

    9. Go to bed early

    10. What else?
