How To Start the Day Right

    1. Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual

    2. Drink 16+ ounces of water

    3. Meditate a minimum of 5 minutes

    4. Do one language lesson on Duolingo or Babbel

    5. Do pushups or air squats

    6. Write in the 5 Minute Journal or other Journal

    7. Read the Daily Stoic and reflect on how you could use the advice during the day

    8. Read a book for 5 to 10 minutes

    9. Do a quick crossword puzzle

    10. Follow a few inspirational people on Twitter...no negativity!
