How would you combat fake news?
1. Look for original sources
2. Disallow known propaganda purveyors.
3. Compare new info to what you have already verified
4. Shine a public spotlight on HOW the news is fake
5. For every identified fake news piece, release two that are factual
6. Don’t repeat the fake.
7. Make sure the true narrative is also more interesting than the fake
8. With even FAKER news.
I don't like this tactic but it CAN be effective.
