I think I am back

Last film of James Van Der Beek. He plays the bad guy.

I thought it was going to be a horror film. It is not. More of a thriller. It is thought provoking. I would recommend.

Chatted with the director/writer John Burr.

Her wrote the first draft in one month. Then it took 4 years to make the film.

Makes you think about religion.

Makes you think around race relations between black and white people. But then is also an entertaining thriller.

There is a clear beginning middle and end.

Buying one of the older homes in my neighborhood and remodeling it. These houses were built in the 1970s. Most of the neighbors are Boomers and have lived in the neighborhood for many years.

I could definitely buy a home and add so much value.

Could it be a rental business?

Would I buy a home, fix it up and then live in it. Sell my current house?

Could it just be a flip situation? Buy fix up and sell?

How would I finance this business? I don't think I have enough to buy a house in cash. But I do have enough for a down payment and a loan.

They both have created lifestyle businesses that I cannot get enough of.

They both live on farms. They both have restaurants. Products. Retail Stores.

I think I just like the idea of having a lifestyle business, but also a wonderful lifestyle.

Fish and sweet potatoes.

I still dream of having a podcast.

Writing a book or a series.

More travel.

More help around the house. Maybe a yard person or a maid service. That would be so nice.

Spring.

I have picked up a ton of leaves. There are 2 massive trees in the front yard that drop a massive amount of leaves each winter.

I planted 8 bushes around the trees. And plant to plant at least 4 more.

Lots of plants are coming back to life. Really glad the hydrangeas are coming back.

Debating how much money I should spend on landscaping.

There is always an internal struggle over spending money. I have a hard time spending lots of money. For instance, I created these really large flowerbeds in my front yard. But I have struggled to spend the money required to fill them in with plants, because the plants cost money. The bigger the plant the more expensive it is.

Will figure out how to get over this.

Still as wild as ever.
