Ideas that I would like to see in the fitness/health industry
Full disclosure I haven't done any research on this so most if not all of these are probably already out there.
1. Group classes that focus specifically on weight lifting (rather than HIIT or more cadio intensive)
2. Healthier and more natural food products in vending machines: Give people the option to make healthier choices when they are looking for a snack.
3. More affordable cross fit gyms
4. Further advances in body measurement devices for the home so that weight isnt the only indicator of success
5. Better tracking apps that arent so clunky to use
