what is my guy doing right now???

1. proper diet & exercise
playing video games 2+ hours a day is very detrimental to our health, put down that tub of ice cream and please stop the 1L energy drinks consumption.
exercises can be done between games/rounds or the lobby, any time there's down time in the gaming session is an opportunity for exercise.
proper diet and exercise contributes to better brain functions, although our reaction times with our hands is vital it's no use with brain fuels by dorritos and bang energy drinks.
2. use pro settings
tournament winning pro players openly share their game and hardware settings they use, there should be no shame in using what is shared.
3. youtube tutorials
there's a vast amount of advice and tips in youtube, sometimes the creators will offer to help in game.
4. maximize gaming session
keep a tight schedule to maximize time in game, even with a 8 hour session hours can be lost waiting for party members.
5. meditate before sessions
meditation can improve focus and clarity which is vital for those quick decision making plays.
